The Earth Angel partners with Bob Go to manage all our shipping and logistics. Bob Go is an integrated platform that connects us with various reputable local courier services to ensure the most reliable and efficient delivery of your order across South Africa.

1. Processing Time

The time required to prepare your order for shipment.

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Business Days: Processing and delivery occur only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM SAST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Weight and Dimensions: The size and weight of your total order.
  • Destination: The delivery address provided.
  • Live Rates: We utilize Bob Go’s live pricing integration to ensure you receive the most accurate and competitive shipping rate available at the time of purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and booked via Bob Go:

  • Tracking Number: You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your unique Bob Go tracking number.
  • Tracking Link: This email will contain a direct link where you can track the real-time progress of your parcel across Bob Go’s integrated courier network.
  • Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become fully active in the courier system.

5. Delivery Issues and Responsibility

Missing/Incorrect Item

If your order is incomplete or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a correction immediately.

Damaged Goods

If the parcel is visibly damaged upon arrival, please refuse acceptance and notify us immediately. If damage is discovered after acceptance, please take photographs of the damage to both the packaging and the product and email them to us within 24 hours for a claim.

Delivery Delays

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking link. If the status is unclear, please contact us so we can escalate the query directly with our Bob Go support team.

Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
